Usually soybeans and corn are traded 1:2. 1 soybeans to 2 corn. The historic unfold is 170, at the moment it’s at 280. I discovered this through the next Futures video from tastytrade, already at right timestamp, please checkout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=311&v=AvczE-rs-ZU&function=youtu.be
soybeans – (2 x corn) = unfold
H1 Costs, /ZSH1, /ZCH1
1372 – (546*2) = 280
My ideas can be to promote 1 soybean contract and purchase 2 corn contracts to benefit from the unfold that’s bigger than the historic common.
Any opinions of this?
